Personal Use:
The client receives the rights for personal use (social media, profiles, personal printing, etc.).Prohibitions:
Removing the signature, claiming authorship of the work, or recoloring/editing the artwork without authorization is strictly prohibited.Commercial Use:
If the piece will be used for profit, the cost will be 2x the original price. For merchandising, the cost will be 3x.Copyright:
I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes (portfolio, commission examples, speedpaints).Privacy and Publication
Dissemination:
By default, the artwork will be published on my social media (Facebook, Twitter, BlueSky, Telegram). Sensitive content will be limited to permitted platforms.Privacy:
If you wish for the artwork to be private or published on a specific date, an additional fee will apply.Work in Progress (WIPs)
Revisions:
Initial sketches will be sent to confirm poses and expressions. Once the sketch is approved, the final touches will be added.YCH Exception:
